Precision surface execution

Five capabilities, each carried out by the person who quoted them, with multi-site rollouts project managed as standard. What each involves on site, the surfaces it lands on, and the split between what your studio supplies and what arrives in the van.

Installation and rollout project management only. Fabrication, printing, graphic design and the screens themselves stay with your agency, which is the reason this arrangement works.

Vinyl application

Interior and exterior graphics and wraps, optically clear window films, architectural wraps and frosted privacy graphics. The film does what the file says only if the surface, the temperature and the method agree with it.

Printed wall vinyl carried around a tunnel corner without breaking the pattern

The application sequence

  1. Surface preparation, degreasing and dust control before any film is unrolled.
  2. Dry or wet application chosen by film type, panel size and substrate, not by preference.
  3. Hinge and squeegee method on large panels so alignment holds across the run.
  4. Post-heating and edge sealing on curves, rivets and corrugations.
  5. Weeding, tape work and trimming to reveal lines on cut lettering.
  6. Removal of failed or previous graphics, with adhesive residue cleared.

Stadium and venue takeovers

  • When the fixture, festival or launch lands, the whole venue is taken on as one job: every surface, one crew, one standard.
  • Dressing rooms, players' tunnels, stage wraps, seating decks, reception fascias and window graphics in a single sequenced programme.
  • Sequenced around the venue's own schedule, worked overnight where the calendar demands it.
  • Your name on the job, our project management underneath it, handed back signed off before the gates open.

You supply

  • Print-ready files with bleed, registration and panel numbering
  • Printed and laminated material, delivered or collected
  • Site address, access times and a named site contact
  • Any client-side restrictions on noise, hours or working areas

We bring

  • Application tooling, heat, tapes, blades and cleaning kit
  • Access equipment by arrangement, with PASMA and IPAF cover
  • CSCS certification for active construction sites
  • Unbranded workwear, waste removal and completion photographs

Static signage

Mounting and finishing for internal and external rigid hoardings, dibond panels, sign trays, tension fabric systems, lightboxes and point-of-sale displays. Set out from a datum, fixed level, packed square and made good.

Large illuminated lightbox sign fixed high on a warehouse elevation, with the installer working from a cherry picker platform

Setting out and fixing

  1. Setting out from a datum so a run of panels holds a single line across an uneven elevation.
  2. Mechanical fixing or bonding selected against the substrate and the panel weight.
  3. Packing and levelling to correct wall bow, then joint alignment across the run.
  4. Sign tray hanging on locator plates, with trims and silicone finished properly.
  5. Tension fabric frames and lightboxes built square, SEG graphics seated edge to edge and pulled taut so the face reads flat.
  6. Point-of-sale assembly and siting to a plan, including repeat layouts across stores.
  7. Removing redundant panels and making good the fixings behind them.

What the rollout decides

  • One template across sites that are never identical: surveyed once, checked remotely, adjusted per elevation.
  • Sequenced around trading hours: occupied premises are worked out of hours and cleared before opening.
  • Completion photographs returned as each site signs off, so your client sees progress store by store.
  • The same standard of finish across territories, with vetted installers brought in around the lead installer.
  • One point of contact, one schedule, one invoice at the end: project managed end to end.

You supply

  • Fabricated panels, trays and any specified fixing kit
  • Elevations or a setting-out drawing with heights and centres
  • Delivery to site, or a collection point and window
  • Landlord, centre management or principal contractor permissions

We bring

  • Laser level, setting-out tools, cordless plant and a fixings stock
  • Access equipment by arrangement, hired at cost where needed
  • RAMS input and site inductions handled directly
  • Making good, waste removal and completion photographs

Digital signage

LCD and LED screen installation for the trade: wall-mounted displays, LED video walls, window-facing retail screens and digital menu boards, surveyed, mounted, cabled and handed over. Your screens, your content, our fitters, your name on the job.

Your screens.
Your content.
Our fixings.

Surveyed, mounted, cabled and handed over

Mounting and handover

  1. A survey of the wall or structure first: substrate, fixing zones, hidden services scanned, and the load the fixings have to carry.
  2. Brackets set out to viewing height and sightlines, levelled so a run of screens reads as one line.
  3. Fixings specified against screen weight and substrate, from masonry and stud walls to ceiling-hung and floor-to-ceiling mounts for window-facing screens.
  4. LED video wall cabinets hung and aligned on the supplied frame, seams closed so no joint catches the light.
  5. Cable runs dressed and concealed in trunking or behind the mount, with media players and receivers seated and labelled.
  6. Powered on to your content, protective film off, checked from the viewing position and photographed for handover.

Digital signage installation, not supply or electrical work. The screens, media players and content come from you or your AV partner, and any new power or data to the position is the site electrician's job. Everything between the pallet arriving and the screen hanging level, powered and handed over is ours.

You supply

  • The screens, mounts or LED frame, and the media players
  • Content, scheduling and any content management set up on your side
  • A powered, data-ready position, or the site electrician booked to provide it
  • Screen weights, mounting drawings and any structural sign-off the wall needs

We bring

  • Survey, setting-out tools, service detection and a fixings stock
  • Access equipment by arrangement, with PASMA and IPAF cover
  • Cable management, trunking and neatly concealed runs
  • Unbranded workwear, packaging cleared and completion photographs

Vehicle graphics and wraps

Van livery, cut vinyl, decals and part or full wraps, fitted for signage and print companies that produce the work but need certified hands on the vehicle. Trade only: your customer, your artwork, our fitters, your name on the job.

The fitting sequence

  1. Panel preparation: decontamination, degrease and edge checks before any film is unrolled.
  2. Hinge and squeegee application with post-heating on recesses, swage lines and rivets.
  3. Doors, bonnets and compound curves conformed without stretch, silvering or lift.
  4. Cut lettering and decals set out to your artwork, weeded and applied panel by panel.
  5. De-identification and removal of old livery, with adhesive residue cleared.
  6. Fleet programmes sequenced so vehicles stay earning between fittings.

An outsourced fitting service for the trade, not a consumer van-signing shop. If you are a business wanting your own vehicle signed, your local signage company is the right first call; if you are that signage company, the fitting is what we take off your bench.

You supply

  • Print-ready artwork and printed, laminated media
  • The vehicle, clean and dry, for the agreed window
  • A panel plan or proof showing placement and coverage
  • Your customer relationship, quoted at your margin

We bring

  • Fitting tools, heat, tapes and blades
  • Certified, insured fitters in unbranded workwear
  • A finish checked panel by panel before handover
  • Completion photographs returned for your records

Site surveys

Pre-installation measurements and environmental checks, so print files align with reality. A survey is cheaper than a reprint, and considerably cheaper than a second visit.

Full-height vinyl door wrap cut precisely around vision panels and door furniture

What a survey records

  1. Dimensioned measurements checked against your draft artwork, not against the drawing.
  2. Substrate identification and surface condition, including anything previously applied.
  3. Obstructions: handles, hinges, vents, alarm sensors, junction boxes and reveals.
  4. Access route, working window, parking, loading and lift dimensions.
  5. Work at height requirements and whether powered access can physically reach.
  6. Power availability, and conditions likely at the install date.

Where it fits

Before printTender stageMulti-site rolloutsFailed installations

When it is worth it

  • Before print on anything large format, bespoke or non-repeatable.
  • At tender stage, when you need a defensible number before committing to a client.
  • On multi-site rollouts, where one template has to fit buildings that are not identical.
  • Where a previous installation failed and nobody has established why.

You supply

  • Draft artwork and the site address
  • A named site contact and access times
  • Any landlord or centre management constraints

We bring

  • Measured markups against your artwork
  • A photographic record of every surface and obstruction
  • A plain note of what will work, what will not, and what changes if you push it
  • An installation time estimate you can quote against

Not sure the file will fit the wall? Have it measured before it prints.
